Synergyworx International Holdings is an International Turnkey Development Company that

Programme (“PFDM”) thereby taking all the stress of development away from its Clients.
Through the PFDM Consultancy Programme we provide pre-development, development and post
development implementation and management strategies for projects. This amongst other activities
include, securing land, formulating a Master Plan and project conceptualisation, a Business Plan and
high level viability studies, securing the necessary Tenant mix with Letters of Intent as further
stipulated below.

Other activities related to marketing and sales, accounting, reporting and controlling are ongoing
activities that start at the project launching date and extend over the Development Period.
